We gaan werken aan het soepel maken van de heupen en het versterken van het bekken. Elke les eindigen we met stretches voor de hamstrings en de schouders.
Januari tot juni:
De focus zal dan liggen op de lage rug en de hoge rug en we blijven ook werken aan hamstrings en schouders.
